Google review dispute specialists for Canadian and US businesses
Help disputing a Google review that breaks Google’s policies. No upfront cost.
- We check whether the review is fake or breaks Google’s content policies, then file a documented dispute with Google.
- You are billed only if Google takes the review down. No retainer, no hourly fees.
- The check is free. Genuine reviews from real customers are not eligible; if yours is genuine we say so and that is the end of it.
Free check. No obligation. Quoted per review before any work starts. If it stays, nothing is billed. Everything goes through Google’s own reporting and appeal tools: no fake reviews, no bots, no Google login.
Reviewer profiles get edited or disappear. Screenshot the review and the reviewer’s profile today, whether or not you use us.

Flagged it. Nothing happened. Here is why.
Google judges a report against its named policy categories, not against whether the review is fair.
The Report button asks for a reason and nothing else: no evidence, no account history, no written argument.
We use Google’s own tools: the Report link you already used and Google’s review-management tool for business owners, where a report can be tracked and a rejected report appealed. The difference is what goes in them: the policy category, the evidence and the reviewer pattern, in one documented submission, with an appeal if Google says no violation.
A case file, not a flag
Policy category, evidence, reviewer pattern, in one submission.
Sent to Google, not the reviewer
We never contact the reviewer. The dispute stays between you, us and Google.
A denial is appealed, not re-flagged
If Google finds no violation, we file the appeal Google provides for that decision, citing the policy wording Google uses today.
Evidence fades
Reviewer profiles and timestamps get edited or disappear, so the sooner we look, the more there is to document. Nobody at Google re-reads a review on your behalf; reporting or appealing is what puts it back in front of them.
Three clients. In their own words.
Two clients are in the US and one is in Canada. The process for Canadian Google Business Profiles is the same.

Free eligibility check
Not every review qualifies. We tell you which ones do.
Google’s policy is to take down reviews that break its content policies, not reviews that are simply negative. Whether it acts on any given review is Google’s decision.
Not sure whether it is genuine? Send it. We look at the account, the timing and the reviewer’s other activity, not just the words. If it was written by a real customer we say so, and you pay nothing.
What we can dispute
- Reviews from people who were never a customer
- Reviews by competitors or anyone with a conflict of interest
- Reviews from ex-employees or their associates
- Personal attacks, threats, harassment or hate
- Spam, throwaway accounts or coordinated review attacks
- Reviews about something other than a real visit or purchase
- Reviews meant for a different business or location
What we cannot help with
- Genuine negative reviews from real customers
- Unflattering but accurate accounts of a real interaction
- Low star ratings with no policy breach
A real customer whose review contains false statements: Google does not referee factual disputes, so these qualify only when the review also breaks a named policy (harassment, conflict of interest, off-topic content). The free check tells you which.
If yours is on the second list, we say so and you pay nothing.
We do not take cases we cannot build a legitimate policy argument for.

How the work goes
Four steps, from link to Google’s decision.
Everything is in writing. Resolution means Google has taken the review down; you are billed only after that is confirmed. Google decides; we build the case.
-
Step 01
Send the link. We check it, free.
Paste the review or your Google Maps link.
We look at your profile, the review, the reviewer account and the posting pattern.
Straight answer: qualifies or not. No charge.
-
Step 02
Quote, in writing.
If it qualifies, we quote per review before any work starts.
You decide. Nothing is billed.
-
Step 03
We build the case and send it to Google.
Policy grounds, evidence and pattern, sent through Google’s own reporting and appeal channels.
A denial gets an appeal, not another flag.
-
Step 04
If Google acts: confirmed, then billed.
You receive a timestamped screenshot PDF and the live profile link showing the review is gone.
Then you are billed. If Google leaves the review up, nothing is billed for that review.
After step one we only come back to you if a detail needs confirming. We do not ask for your Google login at any point.
- One call or email to confirm the review details, if needed.
- Timelines vary with the violation type, the evidence and Google’s queue. We give a realistic estimate after the free check.
- The dispute goes to Google, not the reviewer.
What helps your case
- The reviewer’s display name as shown on Google.
- Whether they were ever a customer.
- Anything linking them to a competitor or former staff.
- Today’s screenshots of the review and the reviewer’s profile.
Why Removal Lab

We work only through Google’s own reporting and appeal tools. We never ask for your Google login.
- Quoted per review before any work starts
- We use your details only to check this review and reply. Never sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing.

Check If My Review QualifiesNo upfront cost. No retainer.
No hourly fees. No card on file.
No upfront cost. When Google acts and the review is no longer visible, we confirm it with a timestamped PDF and the live profile link.
There is no price list because every review is different. After the free check you get one flat fee per review, quoted in writing. Not a subscription, not a percentage, not a retainer. You decide then, and you can say no and owe nothing.
What the quote depends on: the policy category, the evidence available, and whether a report or appeal has already been filed on that review.
Payment after confirmation: Stripe for US clients, e-transfer for Canadian clients.
- Resolution confirmed with a timestamped PDF and the live profile link
- Google makes every decision. No outcome is promised.
This is not a promise that every review qualifies. The free check tells you which ones do.
Check If My Review QualifiesQuestions people ask before they send the link.
Can a Google review really be disputed?
Google’s content policies let it remove a review that breaks them; it does not have to. Whether it acts on a given review is Google’s decision; a documented dispute gives Google the policy category and the evidence to decide on.
Negative but genuine reviews are not eligible. The free check tells you which of yours qualify.
Is this safe for my profile?
Reporting a review through Google’s own tools does not put your profile at risk. We use only Google’s own reporting and appeal tools. No fake reviews, no bots, no login requested, no burying the bad review under new ones, no impersonation, no claimed relationship with Google.
The outcome is Google’s decision; we cannot control that.
How long does it take?
Timelines vary with the violation type, the evidence and Google’s queue.
We give a realistic estimate after the free check.
When do I pay?
Only after Google has acted and the review is no longer visible. We confirm that with a timestamped PDF and the live profile link, then send the invoice.
What does it cost?
It depends on the review, so there is no fixed price list. After the free check you get one flat fee per review, in writing, before any work starts. You can say no at that point and owe nothing.
Will the reviewer know I disputed it?
The dispute goes to Google, not the reviewer. We never contact the reviewer.
What makes a dispute stronger than my own report?
The right policy category, evidence on the account and posting pattern, and an appeal through Google’s review-management tool when a denial comes back.
Not a single click.
I already pressed Report and nothing happened. Is it too late?
No. The Report button is not the documented dispute, so a report that went nowhere does not close the door.
Send the link. The free check tells you what is still open for that review.
Are you affiliated with Google?
No. Removal Lab is independent, not affiliated with, endorsed by, or employed by Google.
Google decides every case on the documentation in front of it.
What if my review does not qualify?
We tell you during the free check and you pay nothing.
We only take on reviews we can build a policy case for.
Find out if your review qualifies. Free.
Send the link. You get a written yes or no by email.
- No upfront cost
- Quoted per review before work starts

Several reviews, or several locations? Send them all. One free check covers every link.
Free, no obligation. If it does not break Google’s policies, we say so.
